As of October 16, 2024, if your organization has not completed the verification of your trader status in App Store Connect, whether you are a trader or not, you will not be able to submit updates or create new apps in the Apple App Store.
If your organization meets the definition of a “trader” and you wish to have your app available for download in the EU territories, you must declare your status as a trader.
Warning: Socie and Apple are unable to assess or declare your trader status on your behalf. You can review the self-assessment qualifications to determine whether you are eligible for the trader requirements here.
